All Transactions Are Final
1. No-Refund Policy
All payments and transactions made to JurisAccord are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made, JurisAccord does not provide refunds or cancellations except where a refund or other remedy is expressly required by applicable law.
This applies where, among other circumstances:
- The client changes their mind
- The client’s plans change
- The client selects the wrong service
- Required documents are not provided
- KYC/KYB cannot be completed
- The client becomes unresponsive
- An authority delays processing
- An application is rejected
- A bank rejects an application
- A trademark application is unsuccessful
- A third party declines service
- The client elects not to continue
2. Commencement of Work
JurisAccord may begin work immediately following payment, including onboarding, compliance screening, file preparation, documentation, provider coordination, or resource allocation.
3. Third-Party Fees
Government, registry, registered agent, registered office, banking, compliance, trademark, courier, legalization, payment-processing, and other third-party fees may be incurred or committed during processing. Such amounts remain non-refundable by JurisAccord once incurred or committed.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
Payment purchases the agreed JurisAccord service. It does not purchase or guarantee an approval from an independent authority or third party.
5. Client Inactivity
Failure to provide information or documents may result in the matter being suspended, archived, or closed. This does not create a right to a refund.
6. Duplicate Payments
Verified accidental duplicate transactions or genuine payment-processing errors may be investigated and corrected as appropriate. Such correction does not alter the general no-refund policy.
7. Chargebacks
Clients should contact JurisAccord regarding a payment concern before initiating a payment dispute. JurisAccord may contest unjustified chargebacks and provide relevant transaction, communication, and service records to payment providers, subject to applicable law.
8. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
