1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of JurisAccord’s website and services. By ordering a service or making payment, the client agrees to these Terms and applicable service-specific terms and policies.
2. Services
JurisAccord provides corporate administrative and business support services. The exact scope is determined by the applicable quotation, order, invoice, engagement communication, or service description.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, authentic, and current information. Clients are responsible for reviewing documents before approval or signature and notifying JurisAccord of relevant changes.
4. Verification
Services may be subject to KYC, KYB, sanctions screening, and other due diligence. JurisAccord may refuse or discontinue services where requirements cannot be satisfactorily completed.
5. Fees
Clients must pay all agreed professional, government, third-party, and other applicable fees. Additional costs may arise where authorities or third-party providers change fees or where the client’s requirements change.
6. Refunds
All transactions are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. The complete Payment & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Third-Party Decisions
JurisAccord does not control government authorities, corporate registries, banks, financial institutions, trademark offices, regulators, or independent service providers. No third-party outcome is guaranteed.
8. Processing Times
Any processing timeframe is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. JurisAccord is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
9. Third-Party Providers
JurisAccord may coordinate services through independent third-party providers. Where appropriate, clients may also become subject to those providers’ terms, requirements, or policies.
10. Lawful Use
Clients must not use JurisAccord services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, sanctioned, or prohibited activities.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, JurisAccord’s website content, branding, materials, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Clients may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without authorization.
12. Website Availability
JurisAccord does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue website functionality where necessary.
13. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JurisAccord will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party decisions, client conduct, inaccurate client information, or circumstances outside JurisAccord’s reasonable control.
14. Termination
JurisAccord may suspend or terminate an engagement for non-payment, failure to provide information, compliance concerns, prohibited activity, abuse, misrepresentation, or material breach of these Terms.
15. Changes
JurisAccord may update these Terms periodically. The version applicable to an order may be determined by applicable law and the contractual circumstances.
