These organizations may operate independently from JurisAccord and may maintain their own terms, eligibility requirements, privacy practices, compliance procedures, and fees.
Independent Decisions
Where an independent third party controls an application or approval, its decision is outside JurisAccord’s control.
JurisAccord cannot guarantee:
- Banking approval
- Government approval
- Registration approval
- Trademark approval
- Licensing approval
- Payment-service approval
- Third-party onboarding
Third-Party Changes
Third parties may change their requirements, fees, processing times, eligibility criteria, or policies without JurisAccord’s control. Such changes may affect an engagement.
